The 33rd JHMC's in-person division will be held at IMSA on Wednesday, February 22nd, 2023. The contest is currently scheduled from 9:15 AM to approximately 2:45 PM, so students should expect to miss a full day of class. A schedule will be sent out to participating schools in February.
The Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy is located at 1500 Sullivan Road, Aurora, IL 60506.
Yes! We're extending our virtual contest for its second year this year to serve people who, whether due to restrictions or geography, can't make it to IMSA to take the contest. For more details, see the following site.
Students typically eat from IMSA’s meal provider, Lexington. Lunch forms will be mailed out in January. Students may also bring packed lunches from home. Ordering out, however, is not permitted.

Students typically travel with the Coach and rest of the team by bus. Many students are also dropped off by their parents and arrive individually.
